multiTRAINERfitness sessions include individualized programs that incorporate strength training, kickboxing, plyometrics, cardio conditioning, flexibility training, and more into your weekly visits. We teach our clients the correct way to workout so that injury is avoided and benefits from performing the exercises correctly are achieved. We ensure that each visit is different, to avoid plateauing and getting bored with a routine.

When you pay for a gym membership you're not getting customized training services. Personal training will cost you over $400 for 10 sessions on top of your existing membership fees—an expense that most clients can not afford on top of an already expensive membership fee. And buying your own equipment can be just as expensive, and the probability that it will remain in your basement unused is even higher. With multiTRAINERfitness, we bring all of the equipment to your home (or preferred location), our routines are targeted to your specific weight loss needs and our trainers are there to provide you with one-on-one instruction and motivation to keep you moving.
