multiTRAINERfitness offers small group training to help you save money and stay motivated. Especially if you don't like to work out alone.
Get a small group together (3+ people) and you'll reduce your hourly PT rate, without compromising quality. Our mTf trainers provide one-on-one instruction, so no one gets left out.
We bring the gym, motivation, and the expertise to you.
multiTRAINERfitness sessions include individualized group programs that incorporate strength training, kickboxing, plyometrics, cardio conditioning, flexibility training, and more into your weekly visits. We teach our clients the correct way to workout so that injury is avoided and benefits from performing the exercises correctly are achieved. We ensure that each visit is different, to avoid plateauing and getting bored with a routine.

We bring all of the equipment to your home (or other preferred location), our routines are targeted to your group's specific weight loss needs and our trainers are there to provide everyone in the group with one-on-one instruction and motivation to keep you moving.
